We brew the coffee first, then carefully freeze-dry it. Removing the water leaves the finished brew in a light, stable form that can travel in a camera bag, van door, desk drawer or walking kit.
You simply add the water back. No grinder. No machine. No specialist technique. Just a dependable cup wherever the route takes you.
The finished flavour is developed as real brewed coffee.
Freeze-drying removes the water while protecting the brewed character.
Add hot water, ice or milk and make the cup in seconds.

Why The First Path
